Description

Kohl schuf die Reliefplatte mit dem Bildnis des Chemikers für die Technische Hochschule/TU Chemnitz, Hauptbau, Straße der Nationen 62, im Haupttreppenhaus EG zu 1. OG.
Am äußeren Rand unten: "GKohl 1986".

Julius Adolph Stöckhardt (1809 Röhrsdorf bei Meißen - 1886 Tharandt) war als zweiter Lehrer an der Vorläufereinrichtung der königlichen Gewerbeschule tätig, welche am 02. Mai 1836 in Chemnitz eröffnet wurde.
