Description

Die zylindrische Apothekenflasche aus Milchglas hat eine runde flache Schulter und einen kurzen Hals, in dem ein Schliffstopfen mit scheibenförmigen Abschluss sitzt. Das Glas trägt die schwarze Aufschrift "Pilul ferrug. Vallet" ((Pilulae ferugginosae Valettii, Vallet´sche Pille).
Vallet'sche Pillen, Pilules de Vallet, wurden vom Apotheker aus frischgefälltem Eisenkarbonat mit Zucker, Rad. Althaeae und Honig bereitet und bei Blutarmut eingesetzt.
