Description

Diese Zeichnung einer Begonie im Blumentopf wurde mit der Bleistiftnotiz versehen "Schiefblatt nach der Natur gezeichnet den 28. Juli 1826." Mit Feder wurde ergänzt - vermutlich die Handschrift von Prof. Karl Gotthelf Krumbholz - "C. Gottlieb Wäntig". Möglicherweise aber stammt die Zeichnung von Christian Gottlob Wäntig, Bruder des Christian Gottlieb Wäntig. Letzterer war eher durch seine sehr feine, ornamentale und vegetabile Formensprache bekannt.
