Dieser Motor wurde für und später mit der Saarbergwerke AG entwickelt. Als primärer Energieträger war Grubengas vorgesehen. Trotz erfolgreicher Erprobung und Unterstützung aus Mitteln der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, kam auch dieser Motor nicht in die Serienproduktion.
