Gellert am Vortragspult, Darstellung als Brustporträt, Gesicht von vorn, Körper leicht nach links, dunkler, aufgeknöpfter Rock, helles Jabot, helle Halsbinde, Gesicht fahl-wachsfarben, hellgraue Perücke mit seitlich je 2 gedrehten Locken und einem Zopf im Nacken. Rednerpult zweiseitig, Ecke zeigt zum Betrachter, profilierte Hölzer, dunkel, auf der Brüstung überhängend ein Blatt Papier.
