Runde Aschkuchenform mit zylindrischem Innenrohr mit weiter Öffnung. Die Form hat innen senkrechte, in gleichmäßigem Abstand schmale dreieckige Zacken. Außen verlaufen schrägsenkrecht in gleichem Abstand breite Wülste. Sie hat zwei gegenüberliegende Querhenkel, welche unterhalb des Randes angebracht sind. Die Form ist innen gelb glasiert (Kohrener Gelbkeramik) und außen unglasiert. Außen ist um Rand und Henkel und einmal quer über die Form ein Draht zur Festigung der Form (sie ist gerissen) bzw. zur Aufhängung der Form angebracht.
