Mietvertrag (6.10.1857) mit Nachtrag (13.04.1861) zwischen Gebrüder Häbler (Damastweberei) und Bernhard Schwabe (Hausbesitzer) Schwabes Hof Am Brühl Nr. 65/475 und 66/474 in Leipzig, betreffen Miete von Geschäftsräumen zur Messe. Schwabes Hof war ein um 1848 errichteter Neubau am Brühl in Leipzig auf dem sich ursprünglich die beiden Gasthöfe Zum güldenen Beil und Zum schwarzen Kreuz befanden. Frau Henriette Therese Schwabe hatte diese 1845 erworben. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde Schwabes Hof zerstört.
