Der Knopf aus Elfenbein befindet sich mittig in dem hölzernen Kasten. Das Objekt befand sich ehemals in der Silbermannorgel in Tiefenau. Diese war ein Orgelpositiv, d.h. sie besitzt kein Pedal. 1945 wurde die Orgel verwüstet.
