Das Kleblattkreuz mit einer Jesusfigur aus Metall ist mit hellen Perlmutterplättchen belegt. Mittig ist eine schlichte Kreuzform aus den irisierenden Plättchen einer Meerohrart (Haliotis) eingelegt. Über der Jesusfigur befindet sich ein kleines Metallschild mit der Aufschrift INRI (Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum – „Jesus von Nazaret, König der Juden“). An der Rückseite ein Haken zum Aufhängen.
