Description

Der Krauthobel besteht aus einem Holzbrett mit drei Klingen. Die Klingen sind in der Mitte des Brettes schräg eingesetzt und durch Holzleisten befestigt. An den Leisten lässt sich ein Holzkasten hin und her bewegen. Im Kasten wird der Kohl über die Messer geschoben und zerkleinert. Am oberen Ende des Brettes ist ein Loch zum Aufhängen eingearbeitet. Die Messer sind stark verrostet.
