Die Jubel-Fest-Zeitung für das X. Oberlausitzer Bundes-Gesangs-Fest in Bischofswerda am 11. und 12. 7.1897 wurde bei Friedrich May in Bischofswerda gedruckt. Sie enthält neben vielen Werbeanzeigen und Liedtexten den gedachten Festverlauf, die Festordnung bei ungünstiger Witterung und ein Verzeichnis der Mitglieder der Fest-Ausschüsse und deren Abzeichen.
