Description

Der Koala stammt aus Australien und ist kein Bär, sondern ein Beuteltier. Er schläft ca. 22 Stunden pro Tag, da seine Nahrung sehr energiearm ist. Nachts wird er nur kurz wach, um etwas Eukalyptusblätter zu fressen. Sein Gewicht beträgt ca. 11 bis 14 kg. Koalas haben eine Lebenserwartung von 10 bis 15 Jahren.
