Registerknopf "Cornet 4fach". Die Orgel der Dresdner Frauenkirche wurde 1726 bis 1736 erbaut. Beim Luftangriff auf die Stadt 1945 brannte die Kirche mit Orgelgehäuse und Werk aus. Der Registerknopf wurde wohl geborgen.
