Verpackungstüte "Eier-Nudeln"

Der Versandkarton der Dohnaer Nudelfarbik Otto Fischer fasste insgesamt 12,5 kg des Produkts "BURG Hartgries-Maccaroni" in verkaufsfertigen Packungsgrößen zu 500 g und zu 250 g. ..Die Otto Fischer - Maccaroni- und Eierteigwarenfabrik hatte Ende der 1920er und in den 1930er Jahre eine Makkaroni-Vortrocknungs- und Legemaschine entwickelt und zur Patenreife geführt. Bereits vor 1945 wurden erste Schneckenpressen eingeführt und für die Abläufe beim Trocknungsprozess die Drei-Schicht-Arbeit organisiert.
