Durch dieses durch das sächsische Ministerium für Justiz am 24.06.1840 ausgestellte Dekret wird Friedrich August Schütz mündig gesprochen. Dies schuf die Vorraussetzung für den Kauf der Papiermühle Niederzwönitz und die Übernahme der dortigen Produktion am 8.10.1840.
